Thompson Hine seeks to help ensure future diversity in the legal profession by participating in clerkship programs for minority students offered by the local bar associations in several of the cities where we have offices. These programs provide law students with the opportunity to spend the summer after their first year of law school working as clerks or summer associates in a law firm, corporate legal department or government agency. The students learn skills and gain valuable experience that helps prepare them for careers in the legal profession.
