This webinar will review the extensive list of EEO and affirmative action requirements that contractors and subcontractors must complete on an annual basis, as well as provide an update on the OFCCP’s enforcement activities in 2019. It will offer guidance on steps you can take now to prepare for an affirmative action compliance audit from the OFCCP.
In five 60-minute webinars, Thompson Hine will offer an overview of, and guidance on, the unique employment-related requirements faced by federal government contractors and subcontractors. Led by Matthew R. Kissling, this series will cover all aspects of an organization’s employment compliance obligations when doing business with the federal government, including affirmative action, prevailing wages and benefits, paid sick leave, and recordkeeping and reporting. Our lawyers will provide practical guidance on how contractors and subcontractors can stay compliant and avoid significant penalties from the federal government.
